LW Events & Travel partnered with a conflict prevention nonprofit to create a seamless three-day leadership convening at Denver's historic Oxford Hotel. The nonprofit, an organization dedicated to community engagement across the country, brought together participants from their various regional groups for meaningful dialogue and collaboration. The Oxford Hotel provided an elegant backdrop with its well-appointed rooms, naturally lit meeting spaces, and prime location near the train station, allowing attendees to explore the surrounding neighborhood while enjoying the convenience of having all programming, dining, and accommodations in one charming venue.
LW Events & Travel's comprehensive approach ensured the nonprofit's team could focus entirely on delivering impactful programming. From researching five Denver neighborhoods and creating detailed venue presentations to managing all contracting, menu coordination, and on-site execution, every detail was handled with care. Special attention was given to the nonprofit's specific requirements: meeting spaces with abundant natural light and carefully curated menus accommodating diverse dietary restrictions. When unexpected challenges arose with the hotel's internal systems, LW Events & Travel maintained constant communication and on-site presence throughout the three days, troubleshooting behind the scenes to ensure a flawless attendee experience.
The retreat featured varied event spaces that kept the experience fresh and engaging. Attendees enjoyed exceptional food, memorable moments, including a surprise poetry reading at the dinner reception, and seamless execution from start to finish. The overwhelmingly positive feedback confirmed what matters most: the client was able to fully participate in their own programming, free from logistical concerns.
