Fractional Event Managers
LW Events understands that some organizations have internal event managers, and when turnover happens, it can be really difficult to manage upcoming events while also trying to hire someone new. While we'd be happy to be an organization's event consultant, we know that every development department functions differently, so we want to be a resource in the best way that fits within your organization.
LW Events can work with your team as a fractional event manager. This means we will take on all of the event planning logistics and dive-in to be a member of your team. In addition, we can be a sounding board on potential new hires as well as train the new employee once that person is brought on-board.
